Refund and Returns Policy

At Florida Court Classes, we strive to offer top-quality educational experiences to all of our users. Understanding our refund policy is essential before enrolling in any of our courses.

1) No Refunds

All sales are final. Once you have enrolled in a course, you agree that you will not be eligible for a refund except under the specific circumstances described below.

2) Exceptions

There are only three (3) scenarios where a refund may be considered:

  1. Act of God: An Act of God refers to unforeseen and uncontrollable events such as natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, hurricanes, floods) that make it impossible for Florida Court Classes to provide the course.
  2. Technical Issues on Our Part: If there is a technical issue on the part of Texas Court Classes that prevents you from accessing or completing your course despite all troubleshooting efforts, you may be eligible for a refund.
  3. Your Certificate is Not Accepted: We are confident that your certificate will be accepted by all courts and probation officers in Florida. But for any reason if it’s not, please reach out to us and we will provide a full refund. Note that we will ask for proof and may first try to reach out to the other party first.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the above exceptions:

  1. Submit a formal request to our support team within 10 days of encountering the issue.
  2. Provide clear evidence of the issue or event that you believe makes you eligible for a refund.

4. Approval of Refund

All refund requests will undergo a review process. Texas Court Classes reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on its sole discretion.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 15 business days.
